Leadership Development Programs
Dor Tikvah takes its inspiration from the Jewish traditions of tzedakah (social justice) and tikkun olam (repairing the world). This program is a two-year commitment, with monthly meetings. Through fundraising, educational programs, community service projects and agency observation experiences, Jewish women ages 30 to 45 develop an understanding of THE ASSOCIATED and our agencies, the importance of women’s philanthropy and leadership skills.

Young Leadership Council (YLC)
YLC, a program of IMPACT, is a two-year commitment with monthly meetings, typically held on weekday evenings. Through fundraising, educational programs, community service projects and agency observation experiences, young professionals develop an understanding of THE ASSOCIATED and its system of agencies, the importance of philanthropy and leadership skills. IMPACT seeks to inspire, educate and engage Jewish adults ages 22-45 through volunteer activities, leadership training and social programs.

Leadership Development Program (LDP)
LDP is a program of the Baltimore Jewish Council (BJC). BJC represents Jewish organizations and congregations in the Baltimore area on social, political and humanitarian issues. LDP is a one-year commitment, with monthly, hands-on programs, typically held on weekday evenings. Jewish individuals of different backgrounds, ages and interests are encouraged to apply. Participants meet with government officials and community leaders who address local, national and international issues. Participants develop an understanding of all aspects of Jewish community relations and public affairs, along with key leadership skills.
